If you have a fixed menu in your head, we will cater to your wishes, however if you have absolutely no idea of what you would like, we can guide you in the right direction.
Our head chef Jamie Daines leads the creative team in the new Jacaranda kitchens. His style and menus include modern British and international flavours which reflect his experience of having trained to the highest standards at the most prestigious event catering and party design companies in London and in fine dining restaurants around the globe.
